Conditioning

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 alternating pistols

15 sit ups

20 kettlebell swings


BURN CLASSES

8 rounds for time of:

5 Goblet Squats (53#/35#)

11 DB Burpee Deadlifts (35#/25#)

200 meter run

4 Push-ups
