Running Group

Crossfit Katy offers a Running Group for its members and their friends that meets on Saturday mornings at 7 a.m. in the Katy area. The goal of the Running Group is to provide a relaxed and fun opportunity for people to get together and improve on their running technique and ability. Overall the group will focus on short to medium distance runs and will periodically search for local trails to get off the ‘beaten path’ and add some variety to the everyday street running.
