(1)  AMRAP in 12 minutes:

1 legless or 2 regular rope climbs

20 Overhead Dumbbell Lunges

(2)  4 rounds of:

30/20 Push-ups

1 minute rest.

(3)  Tabata Strict Banded Pull-ups
