20 cal bike

20 Power Snatch (95#65#)

20 Bar facing burpees

20 thrusters

Extra Credit

(1) 9 minute AMRAP

3 Muscle Ups, 30 Double unders

6 MU’s, 60 DU

9 MU, 90 DU .  . .

(2)  4 rounds of:

30 seconds hollow rock, 30 seconds rest;

30 second push ups, 30 second rest.
