Endurance Workouts

Crossfit Katy provides endurance focused workouts on a weekly basis to its members. Periodically a group will meet on Saturday mornings at 7 a.m. in the Katy area to participate in either a running or swimming workout.

The goal of the Endurance Workouts are to provide a relaxed and fun opportunity for people to get together and improve on endurance movements and ability. Overall the group will focus on short to medium distance runs and will periodically search for local trails to get off the ‘beaten path’ and add some variety to the everyday street running. During the summer the group looks for a local swimming pool to change things up with some fun swimming workouts.
