Active stretching & mobility

Strength

Every other minute on the minute for 20 minutes (10 Sets) of:

1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk

Conditioning

As many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

2 – 4 – 6 –  8 . . . (add 2 reps each round)
Ball Over Shoulder (100#/70#)
2x Toes to bar

Extra Credit

(1)  Strict JT

21 – 15 – 9 reps for time of:

Handstand Push-ups
Push-ups
Ring Dips

(2)  5 sets of 3 of:
Hip Snatch (focus on speed!)


BURN CLASSES

As many reps as possible in 21 minutes of:

10 Burpees
10 Ball Over Shoulder (70#/50#)
