Kid's Classes

KID’S CLASSES

Our Kid’s classes are programmed and run by a CrossFit Kid’s certified trainer whose goal is to teach children how to move using the principle of good mechanics executed consistenlty with intensity.  These classes are meant to provide kids with a fun introduction to fitness that can be tailored to any level of athlete.  It is a good way to get a child moving for the first time or to provide a supplemental fitness program to a child already involved in sports.
