Max cals on bike in 90 seconds.

Extra Credit

(1)  Death by Chest to Bar/Pull-up

(2)  20 minute bike flush/cooldown

24 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
16 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift (70#/55#)
