10 Deadlifts (185#/125#)
Extra Credit

(1)  2 mile time trial;

(2)  45/25 Muscle Ups for time

BURN CLASSES

As many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

20 Suitcase Deadlift (55#/35#)
20 Ball over Shoulder (70#/50#)
20 Double unders/60 Singles
20 Dumbbell Push Press (35#/25#)
