Extra Credit

(1)   3 rounds,  min max front squats, 3 minute rest.
Choose from:  185#/125#; 155#/105#; 135#/95#.
(2)  2 rounds for time of:
200 Meter Ball Walk (100#/70#)
50/30 Push-ups
