Workout:
6 Rounds of 5 minutes running, 3 minutes of rest

150 Wallballs (20#/14#)
400 Meter Run/500 Meter row
100 Dumbbell Snatch (50#/35#)
400 Meter Run/500 Meter Row
75 Plate Burpees

**each partner will run and row once, you decide when the partners run or row.

Extra Credit

(1)  5 rounds for time of:
1 Minute rest after each.
(2)  Max Hang from bar.  Every 10 seconds do a strict pull-up.
(3)  100 Pushups for time.
