Partner Workout

4 rounds for time of:
40 Kettlebell Lunges (55#/35#)
35 Kettlebell Swings (55#/35#)
30 Handstand Push-ups/Double Kettlebell Push Press (MOD 1 = 20 HSPU)

**Kettlebell cannot touch the ground, if it does, complete 7 partner high five burpees.

Extra Credit

(1)   3 rounds, 3 minute AMRAP, 2 minute rest of:
10 lateral burpees over bar
(2)  Accumulate 5 minutes hang from pull-up bar.
