400 meter row or 500m row
Active Stretching & mobility as a group
Strength
Every two minutes:
3 sets of 5 reps @ 65-75%;
3 sets of 3 reps @ 75-85%;
3 sets of 1 rep @ 85-100%.

Conditioning

As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 . . . Clean & Jerks (155#/105#)
*8 bar facing burpees after each set of C&J’s.

RX+ = 185#/125#

Extra Credit

(1)   5 rounds for time of:
200 meter run
3/2 Rope Climbs

(2)  Super Set
4 sets of 8 Barbell Rows
8 sets of 2 Renegade Rows
