Conditioning

As many reps as possible in 25 minutes of:

200 Meter Run
1 Burpee
1 Chest to bar Pull-up/Pull-up
200 Meter Run
2 Burpees
2 C2B/Pull-ups
200 Meter Run
3 Burpees
3 C2B/Pullup . . . .

**Continue adding one rep each round until time is called.

Extra Credit

(1)  Every other minute on the minute for 10 minutes (5 sets) of:
12 Back Rack Lunges (185#/125#)

(2)  1200 Meter Farmer’s Carry (35#/30#)

(3)  5 rounds of:
15 second max bar dips
45 seconds rest.
