Every other minute on the minute for 12 minutes (6 sets) of:
3 Strict Pullups as hard as possible with a 3 second descent.
Conditioning

10 – 20 – 30 – 40 reps of:

2x Double Unders

Thrusters (45#/35#)

RX+= 30 – 60 – 90 – 120 Double Unders each round

Extra Credit

(1)  5,000 meter row

(2)  Super Sets of:

5 sets of 5 reps Bench Press
5 sets of 5 Strict Press


BURN CLASSES

As many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

200m Run
21 Weighted Step up (24″/20″)
15 Slamballs (35#/25#)
9 Dumbbell Push Press (35#/25#)
