(1)  30 Hang Squat Cleans

*Choose weights from:  RX+ = 185#/125; RX = 155#/105#; MOD 1 = 135#/95#; MOD 2 = 115#/80#; MOD 3 = 95#/65#; MOD 4 = 75#/45#

Rest 10 minutes, then,

(2)  As many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
12 Dumbbell Lunges (50#/35#) *CF Open Style
12 Toes-to-bar
12 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)

Extra Credit

(1)  or time:
Guys row 3,000 meters
Ladies row 2,000 meters
*3 minutes of rowing, 1 minute of rest until complete required meters.

(2)  100 Anchored Sit-ups for time


BURN CLASSES

50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

Wall Balls (20#/14#)
