I wasn’t fit at all when I started CrossFit. I was thin, but I had little muscle tone, minimal strength.
Crossfit has changed my lifestyle in a good way eating habits, energy, and flexibility.
I thought “oh no I can’t lift weights, I will look like a man!” Well, I was completely wrong!
Before CrossFit I lived an unhealthy lifestyle. I didn’t pay any attention to my body and how it felt with regards to how I was treating it.
In the 2 years that I’ve been doing CrossFit, I have lost close to 25 pounds of fat while gaining quite a bit of muscle.
